How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the US then takes 10–16 business days, including customs clearance. Orders of several pieces sometimes arrive in more than one parcel — see below.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Our pieces are made in small batches, and they don't always finish at the same time. Rather than hold your whole order back waiting for one piece, we send each part as soon as it's ready. So a bundle may reach you across two or three deliveries, usually a few days apart. You're never charged extra for this.

Part of my order arrived, but not all of it. What now?
This is expected, and nothing has gone wrong. The remaining pieces are on their way and typically arrive within 5-7 days of the first parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking link. If it's been longer than that, email us and we'll chase it.

How much does shipping cost?
Flat 3.50$ on any order. Free on orders over $60.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
No. All import duties are paid by us before your order ships. What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing is collected on delivery.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link arrives by email when your parcel ships — one link per parcel if your order is split. International tracking often goes quiet for several days during transit and customs. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

How does "BUILD YOUR COLLECTION" work?
Choose any 4 pieces get 10% off, choose 6 pieces get 15% off, choose 8 pieces get 20% off, 10 for 25% off. They don't need to be the same style — mix freely. The discount applies automatically in your cart; there's no code to enter.

Can I combine different styles in one bundle?
Yes. That's the point of it. Every piece in the collection counts toward your bundle, in any combination.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 and we'll catch it if it hasn't been dispatched. Once it's with the carrier we can't recall it, but you're still covered by our 30-day policy below.

How do I actually use a hair stick?
Gather your hair into a low ponytail and twist it until it coils in on itself. Hold the coil flat against your head, push the stick through the base at a slight downward angle, catch a small section of hair underneath, then angle it back up and out through the coil. It holds because the stick passes through your hair twice — not because it's wedged in. It takes two or three attempts to learn, then about six seconds forever after.

Will it hold thick hair?
Yes. Thick hair is easier, not harder — there's more for the stick to anchor against. For very long or heavy hair, cross two sticks through the bun.

Will it hold fine or short hair?
Fine hair holds best with a smaller, tighter coil. If your hair is shorter than [shoulder length] or very smooth, a light mist of texture spray gives the stick something to grip.

Will it damage my hair?
No. There's no clamp, no elastic and no teeth, so there's nothing to snag or snap. It's gentler than a hair tie for everyday wear.

Can I sleep in it or wear it to the gym?
We wouldn't. A hair stick is designed to be put in and taken out easily, which is exactly what you don't want while you're moving or lying down.

What if something isn't right?
Email us within 30 days. If a piece arrives damaged, or simply isn't what you hoped for, send a photo and we'll refund or replace it. You won't need to send anything back.

My piece arrived damaged.
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Don't post it back — just email us.

My order never arrived.
Check your tracking first, and remember an order may be split across parcels. If it's been [7] days past the delivery estimate with no movement, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
