Most emails are one of four questions, and three of them have a faster answer here.

Where is my order?Orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to the US takes 10 to 16 days, with tracking from the moment the parcel moves. Everything in one order ships in one parcel. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email — not the order confirmation, which arrives straight after checkout. If it has been longer than the window above, write to us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it is usually packed and on its way.

I want to return something.
You have 30 days from delivery. The full process is on our returns page, and you do not need to explain why.

Will this actually hold my hair?
Tell us your hair type and roughly how long it is, and we will tell you which pieces work and which do not. We would rather talk you out of the wrong one than process a return.
